Colegio de Huérfanos de Hacienda has sold APGISA to Grupo Docuworld
The Colegio de Huérfanos de Hacienda, a non-for-profit organization, has sold Aplicaciones Gráficas e Informáticas, S.A. (APGISA), Company focused in editing and printing of documents mainly for the public administration, to Grupo Docuworld, a family owned group based in the Basque Country and also focused in providing graphic services and also in the production of packaging and labeling solutions.
APGISA is a graphic services company that had its origin in the monopoly of printing the public documents for the Spanish Tax Authorities, monopoly that disappeared a couple of years ago. The acquisition by Grupo Docuworld is part of the concentration process that the national industry of graphic services is experiencing.
Oquendo Corporate acted as the exclusive financial advisor of the Colegio de Huérfanos de Hacienda in the sale process, having performed the activities such as the search, identification and initial contacts with potential candidates, preparation of documents for the buyer, due diligence coordination and assistance during the negotiations and final closing.
