WiZink has acquired 100% of Aplazame

WiZink, the bank specialized in simple credit and savings solutions, has acquired 100% of the Spanish fintech start-up Aplazame.

Aplazame, founded in 2014 by Fernando Cabello-Astolfi, offers instant financing for online and offline purchases without risk for merchants. The acquisition will allow WiZink to deepen into the field of e-commerce and help them become a reference in flexible payment solutions.

Oquendo Corporate has acted as WiZink’s exclusive financial advisor, participating in the analysis of the operation and in the due diligence, negotiation and closing phases.
