Oquendo Corporate has acted as the exclusive financial advisor of Sufi in the sale process, developing activities related with the design and execution of the transaction, including among others, evaluation and preliminary selection of potential investors, information documentation of the company, develop and update of the business plan, coordination of due diligence, assistance in the negotiations.

Oquendo Corporate has acted as advisor of the seller.
