The Phone House has acquired 100% of the share capital of Xtra Telecom

Carphone Warehouse Plc., the UK based mobile phone retailer, has agreed to acquire the Spanish telecom operator Xtra Telecom for €24 mm. The goal of the acquisition is to sell fixed line minutes in Spain.

Oquendo Corporate has acted as the exclusive financial advisor of Carphone Warehouse in the process, developing activities such as the design and execution of the transaction, including among others, the evaluation and preliminary selection of potential targets, coordination of due diligence, assistance in the negotiations and closing of the deal.

Oquendo Corporate has acted as advisor of the buyer.
