Sacyr Vallehermoso has acquired Sufi, S.A.

Sacyr Vallehermoso Group, the Spanish construction, property development and real estate group, has acquired Group Sufi, the Spain based environmental and water management services provider, from Naranjo family and Torreal private equity group, for EUR 142m.

Oquendo acted as the exclusive financial advisor of Sufi, including the elaboration of the business plan of the Company and negotiation with the buyers.

Oquendo Corporate has advised the seller in its evaluation of the company.
