Grupo Risi has acquired Fábrica de Patatas El Castillo

As part of its growth and diversification strategy, Risi, a Spanish based company involved in the manufacturing and selling of snacks, has acquired Patatas El Castillo, a chips factory based in Madrid, for an undisclosed consideration.

Oquendo Corporate has acted as the exclusive financial advisor of Risi in the transaction, including the analysis of the transaction, valuation and negotiation with the seller.

Oquendo Corporate has acted as advisor of the acquirer.
