Pryconsa has acquired Residencial Valmonte

Pryconsa, the private Spanish construction group, has acquired the stake that Residencial Valmonte, S.L., the Spanish elderly homecare operator, has in two residential homes in Madrid. By this operation, Pryconsa acquires a 100% stake in these two residential homes.

Oquendo Corporate, S.L. has advised Residencial Valmonte in all the sale process, analyzing the offer presented by Pryconsa, being involved in all the negotiations between the parties and collaborating in the final close of the Transaction.

Oquendo Corporate has acted as advisor of the seller.
