Grupo Seguriber and Umano have merged to create a leading group within the security services industry in Spain

Grupo Seguriber, the Spain based company that provides security services, and Umano Group, the Spain based company that offers security services, logistics, parcel delivery and meter reading services have agreed to merge to create a Group Umano with a combined turnover of EUR 150m and more than 6,000 workers.

Oquendo Corporate has acted as the exclusive financial advisor of Seguriber, involving the negotiation during the integration process, as the exchange ratio proposal and main terms of the shareholders agreement.
