Ingenico has acquired First Data Ibérica

Ingenico SA, the listed French multinational  of electronic payment and related systems, has agreed to acquire First Data Iberica, S.A. (FDI), the Spain based provider of electronic payment services, for an undisclosed consideration.

Oquendo acted as the exclusive financial advisor of Ingenico SA, including the analysis of the transaction, valuation and negotiation with the sellers.

Oquendo Corporate has acted as advisor of the acquirer.
