Henko Partners has acquired a majority stake in Tamoin Wind Services

Henko Partners, a Spanish private equity fund, has acquired a stake of around 65% in Tamoin Wind Services, S.L.; the remaining 35% is held by the sellers. Henko Partners owns Revergy, an international engineering company that offers a complete set of services in every phase of a renewable energy project.

Tamoin, a Vizcaya-based company, is a benchmark provider of engineering services in the wind energy sector in Operation & Maintenance: more than 10 GW in operation & maintenance, including wind turbines of the main manufacturers in the market.

Oquendo Corporate has acted as exclusive financial advisor to Tamoin, participating in the analysis of the transaction and in the due diligence, negotiation and closing phases.
