Grupo Seguriber has sold its cleaning services division to Grupo Lacera

Grupo Seguriber, the Company that provides security and other related services that is the result of the merger between Seguriber and Grupo Umano, has sold its cleaning services division to Grupo Lacera, a family owned group based in Asturias, a region on the North of Spain.

The cleaning services division of Grupo Seguriber brings to Grupo Lacera revenue of close to €7 million generated in a portfolio of more than 200 clients, and allows the buyer to reach national presence.

Oquendo Corporate has acted as the exclusive financial advisor of Grupo Seguriber during the whole transaction, from the initial analysis of the transaction, the search and preliminary contacts with potential investors, to the coordination of the due diligence, the negotiation of final contracts and the closing of the transaction.
