Grupo Amper has acquired 100% of Formecal

Grupo Amper, group dedicated to facilitating the transformation of the market towards new business models, integrating IT solutions and communications technology, has acquired 100% of Formecal, company focused on the manufacturing of aeronautical components.

Formecal is specialized in precision machining of components for the aircraft industry, as well as hot stamping of medium-sized components and assembly of parts for the automotive, aircraft and railway industries.

Grupo Amper has acquired Formecal within the buy-and-build growth strategy that is being implemented in its industrial division, headed by Nervión Industries.

Oquendo Corporate has acted as exclusive financial advisor of the shareholders of Formecal in all the process, participating in the analysis, preparation and marketing of the operation and in the due diligence, negotiation and closing phases.

Oquendo Corporate has acted as advisor of the seller.
