Grupo Alsa has acquired the 100% of Transportes Colectivos

Alsa Group, the Spanish leading company engaged in providing passenger transport services and a subsidiary of National Express Group Plc, the listed UK based public transport company, has agreed to acquire further 75% stake in Transportes Colectivos SA, the Spain based company engaged in providing passenger transport services, for of GBP 21.4m in cash.

Oquendo acted as the exclusive financial advisor of Grupo Alsa, including the analysis of the transaction, valuation and negotiation with the sellers.

Oquendo Corporate has acted as advisor of the acquirer.
