A group of private investors have acquired Tick Tack Ticket from Telefónica and BBVA

A group of private investors has acquired, for an undisclosed amount, a 100% stake in the share capital of Ticktackticket, a Spanish company within the ticket sales industry, which was owned by BBVA and Telefónica as part of their strategic alliance to develop their internet and IT related businesses.
