Torimbia, the holding of the Fernández-Ordás Abarca family, has sold 100% of Grupo Gesa Carburantes, one of the major independent petrol stations operator in Spain, to Disa Group, an Spanish Oil Company controlled by the Carceller family.

Gesa integrates 9 subsidiaries that manage 30 petrol stations, 18 of which are owned by the Company. Out of those 18 owned petrol stations, 17 are located in the Madrid area. The Group sells around 140 million liters per year.

Oquendo Corporate has acted as Torimbia’s exclusive financial advisor, participating in the analysis of the operation and in the due diligence, negotiation and closing phases.
