EYSA, a portfolio company of N+1 Private Equity, has acquired SCI

Estacionamientos y Servicios, S.A. (EYSA), the Spain based company providing on-street car park management, vehicle tow and impoundment, and development of computer applications for processing traffic fines services, has acquired Servicios de Colaboración Integral, SCI.

SCI is involved in the tax management, and cadaster inspection and management activities.

Oquendo acted as the exclusive financial advisor of EYSA, including the analysis of the market and selection of the appropriate target that fits the buy&build strategy that EYSA has developed since its acquisition by N+1 in 2011, as well as in the negotiation and closing stages of the deal.

Oquendo Corporate has acted as adviser of EYSA.
