Hijos de Rivera, S.A., acquired a 48,94% stake in Fábrica de Cervejas Portuense

Hijos de Rivera, S.A., the family-owned group known for producing the Estrella Galicia beer, has mandated Oquendo Corporate to perform the analysis of the opportunity and to carry out a valuation exercise of Fábrica de Cervejas Portuense, a Portuguese beer producer that markets its product under the Nortada brand. The company, based in Oporto, is a company dedicated to the production of beers of various types Vienna, IPA or Imperial Stout.

Following the valuation exercise, Hijos de Rivera acquired a 48,94% stake in Fábrica de Cervejas Portuense.

Oquendo Corporate has acted as advisor of the buyer.
