ENCE Group has sold Eucalipto de Pontevedra to Nefab

Nefab, the Swedish supplier of packaging solutions to international industrial groups, primarily within the telecom and automotive industries, has agreed to acquire Eucalipto de Pontevedra’s (EUPON) operations in Spain. The target, owned by the Spain based combined forestry-timber pulp production company and renewable energy producer, manufactures plywood based on Eucalyptus, mainly for packaging purposes. The deal consideration has not been disclosed.

Oquendo Corporate has acted as the exclusive financial advisor of ENCE in the sale process, developing the activities such as preparation of documents for the buyer, due diligence coordination and assistance during the negotiation and final closing.
