Edison Next, has acquired a majority shareholding in Sistrol.

Edison Next, a subsidiary of the EDF Group dedicated to the management of energy efficiency projects, has acquired a majority shareholding in Sistrol, a company that manages and maintains Building Technical Management Systems, for an amount that has not been made public.

Sistrol manages and maintains air conditioning systems for buildings, among others, with a highly technological approach based on cloud services. Sistrol has an approximate turnover of €12M and was 100% owned by a group of individual shareholders.
