Doughty Hanson has acquired CTSA-Portillo from FCC and Veolia

Doughty Hanson & Co, the UK based private equity firm, has acquired Corporación Española de Transportes SA (CTSA), the Spain based passenger coach transport company, from Fomento de Construcciones y Contratas SA, the listed Spanish construction conglomerate, and Veolia Transport AB, the France based private operator of public transportation subsidiary of Veolia Group, for a consideration EUR 80m.
