Comunitel has acquired 100% of the share capital of Ola Internet from the management team and Service Point Solutions S.A.

Service Point Solutions S.A. has sold its remaining stake in Ola Internet to the multinational telecom company Comunitel. SPS stake (40% of the capital) has been sold for €2 mm.

Oquendo Corporate has acted as the exclusive financial advisor of Service Point in the sale process, developing activities related with the design and execution of the transaction, including among others, evaluation and preliminary selection of potential investors, information documentation of the company, develop and update of the business plan, coordination of due diligence, assistance in the negotiations.

Oquendo Corporate has acted as advisor of the buyer.
