Acens, a company controlled by Nazca Capital, has acquired hostalia

Acens Technologies SA, the Spanish provider of hosting and outsourcing services and a portfolio company of Nazca Capital S.G.E.C.R., has acquired Hostalia, the Spanish web hosting and domain registration, for an undisclosed consideration.

Oquendo acted as the exclusive financial advisor of Acens, including the analysis of the market and selection of the appropriate target that fits the buy & build strategy that Acens started with the acquisition of this Company, as well as in the negotiation and closing stages of the deal.

Oquendo Corporate has acted as advisor of the acquirer.
