Acens, a company controlled by Nazca Capital, has acquired Ferca and Veloxia

Acens Technologies SA, the Spanish provider of hosting and outsourcing services and a portfolio company of Nazca Capital S.G.E.C.R., the Spanish private equity firm, has acquired Veloxia Network SL, the Spanish web hosting and domain registration company and Ferca Network SL, the Spanish web hosting company, for a consideration of EUR 10m.

Oquendo acted as the exclusive financial advisor of Acens, including the analysis of the market and selection of the appropriate targets that fit the buy & build strategy that Acens has developed since its acquisition by Nazca in 2006, as well as in the negotiation and closing stages of the deal.
