Acens, a company controlled by Nazca Capital, has acquired Controldedatos

Acens Technologies SA, the Spanish provider of hosting and outsourcing services and a portfolio company of Nazca Capital S.G.E.C.R., has acquired Centro de Datos, the Spanish web hosting and domain registration company, for an undisclosed consideration.

Oquendo acted as the exclusive financial advisor of Acens, including the analysis of the market and selection of the appropriate target that fits the buy & build strategy that Acens has developed since its acquisition by Nazca in 2006, as well as in the negotiation and closing stages of the deal.

Oquendo Corporate has acted as advisor of the acquirer.
