Aqualande ha adquirido el 100% de Piszolla

The Del Olmo family has sold 100% of Piszolla, the leader trout farm operator in Spain, to Aqualande, a European leader in aquaculture located in the Southwest of France.

Piszolla, founded in 1981, produces around 5.500 Tn per year. They account for 6 production centers, 1 for the egg breeding and 5 for growing trouts. The Company generates revenues of EUR 14m.

Oquendo Corporate has acted as Piszolla’s shareholders exclusive financial advisor, participating in the analysis of the operation and in the due diligence, negotiation and closing phases.
