APGISA, Company controlled by the Colegio de Huérfanos de Hacienda, has sold KEYFIS, its management and accounting software division, to WOLTERS KLUWER.

KEYFIS is the business line of APGISA focused in the development of management, tax and accounting software.

WOLTERS KLUWER is a global leader in the professional information systems market. WOLTERS KLUWER designs, creates, produces and markets integrated solutions comprising information, knowledge, training, publications and software intended for customers in the legal, tax, financial, accounting/commercial, human resources, education, public sector and healthcare markets.

The acquisition of KEYFIS will strengthen the portfolio and leading position of WOLTERS KLUWER in the Spanish market of Tax, Labor and Accounting software solutions.

Oquendo Corporate has acted as the exclusive financial advisor of APGISA in the sale process, having performed the activities such as identification of potential interested investors, preparation of documents for the buyer, due diligence coordination and assistance during the negotiation and final closing.

Oquendo Corporate has acted as advisor of the seller.
