Grupo Alsa has acquired a minority stake in Transportes Colectivos

Alsa Group, the Spanish leading company engaged in providing passenger transport services and a subsidiary of National Express Group Plc, the listed UK based public transport company, has agreed to acquire a 25% stake in Transportes Colectivos SA, the Spain based company engaged in providing passenger transport services in Vizcaya (Basque Country), for an undisclosed consideration.

Oquendo acted as the exclusive financial advisor of Grupo Alsa, including the analysis of the transaction, valuation and negotiation with the sellers.
