Manuel de Prado

Manuel de Prado has an extensive experience of more than 35 years in the financial services sector. Prior to the creation of Oquendo, Manuel was Head of Chase Manhattan S.G.I.I.C., covering Private Banking and Asset Management in Spain and Portugal. Previously, Manuel had been for over fifteen years Managing Director at the Chase Manhattan Bank, in charge of Corporate Lending and Investment Banking in Spain and Portugal. Manuel has a degree from ICADE.
Iñaki Salazar

Iñaki has more than 25 years of relevant M&A experience. Before joining Oquendo, he worked for Bankers Trust-Deutsche Bank in Madrid, and acted for two years as Managing Director of Digital Mood, a seed capital fund for technological and Internet projects. Iñaki has a degree in ICADE and an MBA from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University.
Silvia de la Cuesta

Member of the firm since its foundation, Silvia has more than 20 years of experience in M&A. Silvia began her professional career at Eurobrok in Bilbao. In 2002 she joined Oquendo, where she participated in transactions in a wide variety of industries, as concessions, services or food. For 3 years, Silvia was director of BDO Financial Advisory Services, M&A area. In 2023, she rejoined Oquendo as Partner of the firm. Silvia has a degree in Economic Law from the University of Deusto, and an MBA from the Antonio de Nebrija University.
Paula Martín-Gromaz

Paula has been at Oquendo Corporate since 2005, and since joining the firm she has been involved in transactions in a number of industries including food, road passenger transportation, Internet, energy, health or business services, among others. Paula has a degree in Business Administration and Management from the Comillas Pontifical University of Madrid (ICADE).
Joan Coll

Partner based in Barcelona, Joan has an extensive experience in management positions in the banking and services sector in general, highlighting the positions of General Management of the Paralympics Games in Barcelona 92 and General Manager of the FC Barcelona Foundation. In recent years he has been focused in activities in the financial and real estate sectors. He has a BA in Law from the Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona and a MBA in IESE.
