Germinus has sold its 67% capital interest in Tecnipublicaciones to the management team of the company

A group of employees of Tecnipublicaciones, a leading Spanish company involved in the professional publishing sector, and led by its management team have bought through an MBO, a 67% stake in the company owned by the Portuguese telecom group Germinus XXI (ONI).

Oquendo Corporate has acted as the exclusive financial advisor of Germinus in the sale process, developing activities related with the design and execution of the transaction, including among others, evaluation and preliminary selection of potential investors, information documentation of the company, develop and update of the business plan, coordination of due diligence, assistance in the negotiations.
