EB Trans has acquired Tankisa a logistics company of chemical products transportation

Tankisa, a family-owned Company focused in the tank transport of sensitive and dangerous products, has been sold to EB Trans, a Belgian multinational of the industry.

Tankisa generates revenue of close to €7 million and allows EB Trans to reach a presence in the industry in Spain it did not have until this transaction. EB Trans, also a family-owned group, is present in 14 European countries, with a focus in the transportation of fuel and related and chemical products.

Oquendo Corporate acted as the exclusive financial advisor of the owner family in the sale process, having performed the activities such as preparation of documents for the buyer, due diligence coordination and assistance during the negotiations and final closing.
