Tamoin has acquired 100% of Grupo Norton

Grupo Tamoin, a Basque group of specialized engineering services, has acquired 100% of Norton Edificios Industriales, a company dedicated to the construction of industrial buildings, plants and equipment for the logistics and industrial sector, for an amount that has not been made public.

The acquisition of Norton Edificios Industriales by Tamoin allows the creation of a leading group in industrial services in the Basque Country, with an annual turnover of around €150M.

Oquendo Corporate has acted as financial advisor to Grupo Tamoin, participating in the analysis of the operation and in the due diligence, negotiation and closing phases.
