Esergui has sold iS-XXI to CEPSA

CEPSA, the global, integrated company operating across the entire oil and gas value chain and controlled by Mubadala Investment Company Group and by The Carlyle Group, has acquired 100% of Intrasport Service XXI (IS-XXI). Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

IS-XXI owns a network of five oil stations dedicated to transport and logistic companies, and which also has a card system that serves more than 6.000 customers. IS-XXI generates revenue by an estimated amount of €60 M. The Company was 100% owned by Grupo Esergui, the 6th petrol stations operator in Spain with total revenue exceeding €1,000 M.

Oquendo Corporate acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Grupo Esergui, participating in the analysis of the transaction and in the due diligence, negotiation and closing phases.
