Controlnet has been acquired by Plenius

Controlnet, a company specializing in solutions for the telecommunications sector, has been acquired by Plenius, a Swedish investment vehicle that intends to carry out a consolidation plan within the IT solutions sector. The amount of the operation has not been made public.

Controlnet offers management software via app and web with a special focus on telephone distributors, telecommunications operators and logistics operators. Controlnet was 100% owned by a group of individual shareholders.
